 Suddenly this realization came during meditation that -' As eyes see, nose smell, ear hear, tongue taste, and skin touch. Emotions are felt by heart and lungs and  feelings are felt by umbilical area /solar plexus. Our heart speed increases or decreases, breath become shaky / broken /smooth as per the different feeling. digestion slows down or become haphazard.  

As we need to  give a break to allow the sense organs to repolarize/ be ready to receive the stimulation. we need to give break in flow of our emotions and feeling. Otherwise we become insensitive or develop some anxiety or irritability or irritable bowel syndrome,metabolic syndrome. we need to sleep and meditate for giving break to our heart lungs and GI system, endocrine system, genitourinary system or in other words sympathetic or parasympathetic system. If we continue feeding our tongue tasty food tongue gets tired and gets painful ,ear start paining with continuous listening to music,eyes get sore after continuous watching scene. I need to to observe my emotions and feeling with smile as by our 100% attention negative emotion flip over and get transformed into positive emotions of enthusiasm ,friendliness and feelings of love, peace and inner well being. we can control our breathing manually with full awareness and increase our prana in every cell of our body. if we simply relax and let our mind expand body relaxes and once body relaxes mind expands.

new lap top

 New lap top means new chapter in my life. i wanted to be more computer savvy. now with my own, i would be able to write more. 

I want to explore new things, events, new ideas  in life through computer.

I don't like to interact people with people on computer, but i want to find out reason for this behaviour

NIDHI AND ME DISCUSSED ABOUT OUR FEARS AND THE BENEFITS WE DERIVE FROM THESE FEAR,AND WHY WE CONSIDER THEM AS FEAR AND NOT THE INSPIRATION
WHY WE WANT TO GET RID OF THEM
I HAD FEAR OF NOT BEING ABLE TO FINISH THE TASKS WHICH I AM SUPPOSED TO PERFORM IN THIS LIFE;
DUE TO THIS FEAR I KEPT WORKING DAY AND NIGHT
BUT NOW I HAVE REALIZED THAT WITH EACH PASSING DAY I AM GETTING  NEW IDEAS AND DESIRES, SO I NEED TO PUT  A STOP AT SOME POINT OTHERWISE I WILL NEVER BE AT EASE.
SO NOW MY PRIORITIES ARE TO DO SEWA SADHANA AND SERVICE DAILY
AND TO FINISH THE TASK WHICH ARE INCOMPLETE, RATHER THAN WORRYING ABOUT SOME IMAGINARY GOAL
